Through Memorial Hermann’s free medical benefit membership programs, Preferred Partners and 55+, you can enjoy benefits and services designed to fit your lifestyle and health care needs.

It’s Easy to Apply: These programs are our way of introducing Memorial Hermann’s many services. To qualify, you must:

Memorial Hermann Preferred Partners

• Be between the ages of 18 and 54
• Have private medical insurance
• Have no outstanding balance with the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System

Memorial Hermann 55+

• Be 55 years of age or older
• Have private medical insurance or Medicare and a supplemental policy
• Have no outstanding balance with the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System

Members of Columbus Community Hospital’s Memorial Hermann Preferred Partner 55+ Programs enjoy day trips and continuing education classes.
