Department Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 p.m.

Purpose:

Create and maintain accurate registration and billing records for all patients.

Collect and deposit all monies received.

Coordinate computer systems for hospital & rural health clinics.

Perform all accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable and general ledger.

Submit and follow-up on all insurance claims to ensure timely cash flow.

Answer and maintain hospital telephone system.
