The Pharmacy of CCH provides medication, intravenous solutions and other medical supplies to hospital patients under the direction of their physicians. The Pharmacy is not open to the public for prescription filling, but concentrates exclusively on serving the needs of Columbus Community Hospital patients.
Staffed by a Registered Pharmacist and a Certified Pharmacy Technician, the Pharmacy is operated under licensure of the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities preventing contamination, chemotherapy agents, medications and IV fluids are prepared under strict quality assurance guidelines.
